Here at Mr Patch Drywall LLC, our motto is simple, 'We aren't the Cheapest, But we are the Best'. We can do your drywall repairs Faster, and with a Higher quality and satisfaction than anyone else in the valley. That's a bold statement, but we stand by it.
Let me tell you a little about why we're the best. I first got introduced to drywall at the age of 8, when my father who did this all his life took me onto a job and put me to work spotting the nails on a wall. I was so short I couldn't reach the nails that were 6' up on the wall, so he put me on a pair of stilts and off I went. Fast forward a few years and I was working drywall all summer, and everyday after school. I would literally drive to a job somewhere, change clothes and work a few hours a day. Back then we did new construction and we did it all from hanging to finishing and texture.
Then in 1985 I joined the USAF as an Electronic Warfare technician, graduating with honors, but ended up transferring into the Air National Guard, and was back in drywall. Then in 1995 I opened Mr Patch Drywall in the Aspen/Glenwood Springs area. I moved that business here in 2011 and have been doing this ever since.
I have made it my goal to develop methods and setups that allow me to get the job done faster than anyone around, and still do better quality work with expert texture matching. I constantly hear customers tell me how they hired someone else first, who was cheaper, and hoped for the best, but got the worst. Just today, a previous customer of mine hired me to fix another drywallers work as she tried to save money with a cheaper drywaller. This was an actual drywaller, but she said he sprayed texture all over their trim, furniture, floors etc, and the work was sub par with joints showing, edges showing, and texture not matching well. So now I'm hired to fix his work, which sometimes costs you more than if you had hired us to begin with.
UPDATE: I now produce Youtube videos teaching others how to 'Do it Right', which is my Youtube slogan, and since my channel hit 90,000 subscribers, I have officially RETIRED. I will consider small rush and emergency jobs, but my rates are my emergency rates of $250/hour with a $450 minimum per day. I will only consider small jobs such as a doorknob hole, or wall damage of less than 8 sq feet. I don't do ceiling repairs anymore, due to multiple health issues. You can view my channel at http://www.youtube.com/c/ThatKiltedGuyHowToVideos .
If you need a repair done, or multiple repairs, and you want it to look as close to new as possible when done, with expert texture matching, and appreciate a cleaned up job when I leave, give us a call at the number at the top of the page.
I can often fix one small hole in 1-2 hours, complete with replacing the sheetrock, taping and coating it, applying a closely matching texture, and thorough cleanup. Or up to 10 small repairs in one day, complete. So we minimize the inconvenience, although most others will have to come back multiple times, make much more dust and mess, and still leave you with lower quality. So, we aren't the cheapest, but we are the best. I rarely have to sand anything but the edges, and when I do sand more, I use a $1,200.00 drywall sander/vacuum setup that minimizes the dust. Often, there's almost nothing for you to clean up when we leave.
Repairs are our specialty. We know how to do it super fast, yet deliver the highest quality available.
I have spent 17 years perfecting the art of matching texture and can match any texture as good as anyone anywhere.

We had some ceiling work done that included cutting out some drywall and replacing it and matching the popcorn (small) texturing in several areas. That is a really messy job and very time consuming. When the job was done the ceiling looked great and the mess was completely gone. That was the first job I have had done by Mr Patch Drywall. If I ever need any more drywall repaired, I will call them again. They are courteous, friendly, pleasant to deal with and show up when they say they will. I can't ask for more.
